5. CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Hiring process:
1- The hiring of the services are through the online reservation provided on the website www.taxisfuerteventura.es
2- The contractual conditions are available in the privacy policy which must be accepted when making a booking
3- The service can only be booked 48 hours in advance.
4- Once the reservation form has been sent, the client will be contacted by the taxi centre in Puerto Del Rosario to arrange payment which must be by credit card. Contact should be by email. 

The final price will be detailed on the booking form, which will also include details of all taxes.

The reservationwill be subject to the availabilities of vehicles. The cooperative reserves the right to cancel, in which case the customer will be contacted and a full refund given.

Access to standing reservations: Once payment has been made, confirmation will be sent via email. This document will also serve as proof of compliance and of consumer guarantees.              

DESISTIMIENTO

Atendiendo al RDL 1/2007 de 16 de noviembre se informa a todos nuestros clientes de su derecho a desistir de la compra del servicio realizada, sin necesidad de justificar la razón del mismo. La ejecución de dicho derecho se realizará atendiendo a las siguientes condiciones:

• Se entenderá que el cliente hace uso de su derecho en el momento en que recibamos el documento que se puede descargar AQUI, y nos podrá enviar por fax al 928532057 o por correo electrónico a taxispuertodelrosario_arroba_gmail.com debidamente cumplimentado y firmado.

• La reserva anticipada de 7€, no será reembolsable al cliente ni descontado del importe total del servicio.

• El ejercicio de su derecho no tendrá coste alguno para el cliente, dentro de las 72 horas a 48 horas anteriores a la realización del servicio. Las cancelaciones efectuadas las 48 horas anteriores a la realización del servicio tienen un coste del 25% por los gastos ocasionados.

• Una vez recibida la cancelación y comprobada su validez, le serán devueltas al cliente las cantidades correspondientes según nuestra política de cancelaciones  mediante transferencia bancaria en un plazo no superior a 14 días desde la recepción.
